The Amazonia 2.0 project continued the implementation of its COVID-19 contingency plan throughout the month of June, prioritizing office activities, remote communication and solidarity activities with indigenous peoples affected by the pandemic.
By July 18th, 2020, a total of 40 patients affected by coronavirus have already been treated at the "Indigenous Healing Home of the province of Atalaya" (Casa de sanación de sabios y sabias indígenas de la provincia de Atalaya CSSI-A), one week after its inauguration.
On June 26, 2020, the IV Internal Cross-Learning Session was held as part of the social-technological platform of the Amazonia 2.0 project. On this occasion the session had as its theme: "Communication in Amazonia 2.0: experiences of Colombia, Ecuador and Peru".
